At Merchantreal, we take pride in our artisan jams and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your jam arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Quality Concerns
If you have concerns about product quality, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
Unopened Products
Unopened jars may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Products must be in original condition with intact seals. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Perishable Items
Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on opened jars unless there is a quality issue. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if anything seems amiss.

Refund Processing
